Compassion in Action

Concentrating on the more mature generation at BCC and in the community generally, ‘Compassion in Action’ allows those drawn to this ministry to put the love of Jesus into action in a way that is practical as well as spiritual.

Anita Clelland says, “These folk are of the Caleb generation, who want to continue to do exploits for God, regardless of age! As a result we have been invited into local care homes where we share fellowship, food and fun.”

Anita and her team visit St John’s Court in Bath every week, and hold a service there one Sunday in each month.

We also have a team who support those who have suffered bereavement and loss in their lives. Other areas we reach out to are people with special needs and differing abilities, and supporting folk with mental health issues.

If you need help, or would like to help by serving and getting involved, contact Anita Clelland.
