Discipleship
The Christian life is living life beyond a Sunday. Discipleship is a really key value for us as a young adult community. We believe that becoming like Jesus is our daily process and that this cannot be done on our own but in community and accountability. So beyond a Sunday we also meet in smaller groups throughout the week too. These groups are known as discipleship groups and their purpose is to make us more like Jesus. This is done through by gathering with friends in a home and building authentic relationships with people around eating, and talking God together.
We really believe that being accountable to one another with our lives is a critical part of living an authentic christian life. We have seen and heard so many testimonies were people have discovered deep and meaningful friendships through these small groups. Many have enjoyed sharing life together and learning from each other on living a real Christian life. |
