Tuesday 30th March -Thursday 01st April 2010
Bath City Church
Prayer is probably the most critical activity that a believer can do, and yet it proves to be the hardest for many of us to achieve. Every revival ever seen has been birthed out of a spirit of prayer coming upon the people of God; no matter how good our event, no matter how excellent our programmes unless we pray nothing will have any real or lasting effect.
Prayer School is just what it says it is...three days of being schooled on how to pray. Prayer does not have to be boring, difficult, unobtainable or somehow separate from normal life. It can be fun, searching, adventurous and thrilling. Prayer is diverse and creative, every personality can find a way to pray that brings them closer to God.
Our friends at the 24/7 Prayer Movement are going to help us explore how to pray. There will be teaching and practical.
• Creative expressions of Prayer • Prayer and Justice • Prayer communities
• Harp & Bowl • Praying for Revival • Mission
• Praying in and for the workplace • Using historic prayer models
