We want you to be really happy with your purchase. If not, we'll do our best to sort it out for you.
Delivery
Postage and packing is free of charge.
Cancellation of Order
The UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states you have the right to cancel the order of an item within seven days of delivery (except CDs, DVDs & Videos that have been opened) - you can send the items back to us as long as we receive them in their original condition within 7 days of you receiving the goods. See below for how to return items.
Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item we will notify you as soon as possible.
Refunds & Exchanges
If an item is damaged when it arrived or it doesn't work, simply return the item in its original condition as instructed below ensuring it reaches us within 7 days of you receiving the item.
Please include details of your name, postcode & order number and a note of why you're returning the item, and we'll replace it as soon as possible. This may take several days as we may have to re-order the goods.
If you don't like it or you are not happy with what you’ve received, see the following...but remember you have to get it back to us within 7 days.
If you're returning a CD you may choose another CD.
If you're returning any other item, you'll receive a refund to your credit card, minus any postage charges as shown on the site (not counting free delivery or faulty returns), unless you would like to exchange the items for other products and thus save the postage.
Returns can only be accepted if they are received in their original condition. We reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or exchange on items that are damaged or soiled.
How to Return Items

1. The invoice you received, or a copy showing your name, invoice/order number.

Please note, we must receive the items for refund/exchange in their original condition within 7 days of you receiving them.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered an item to you in error or the item is faulty. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery service as we can, of course, only give refunds or exchanges for goods we actually receive.
